Instructions:
1. In a stockpot set over medium to high heat, add in the olive oil. Add in the Italian turkey sausage links, chopped onion, chopped celery and chopped carrot. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the turkey sausage is browned.
2. Add in the minced garlic. Cook for an additional minute.
3. Add in the chopped Swiss chard, chopped tomatoes, lay leaf, sage, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Stir gently to mix.
4. Add in the low sodium chicken broth. Allow to come to a boil. Lower the heat to low and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the chard is soft.
5. Add in the can of cannellini beans and lemon juice. Stir well until mixed.
6. Remove the bay leaf and remove from heat.
7. Serve immediately.
